Postgraduate further education with certificate
The curriculum for professionals at the University of Rostock gives you the freedom to plan your further education according to your personal needs. In addition to four postgraduate master degree courses you may choose from 40 courses in various fields of knowledge. After having successfully completed the 3 to 6 month further education courses, you will receive a certificate of the University of Rostock.
You may choose from the following subjects:

- Facilitation and presentation

Four steps to achieve your goal – further education procedure at a glance
1. You receive the study materials and organise your self-study.
At the beginning of your further education, we will send you study materials (prep essays, readers, reference books, CD-ROMs etc.) so that you may study independent of place and time.
2. You attend two practical seminars.
In the course of the further education you attend two face-to-face seminars in Rostock. These seminars are designed to lead discussions with other participants, deepen your knowledge, which you acquired in self-study and work on best practice examples from your professional background.
3. You learn online together with other course participants.
The virtual lecture room is an opportunity to „meet“ the university teachers and other course participants.
4. You pass the exam.
To get a certificate of the University of Rostock, you must pass an exam at the end of the further education course.
