Over the past years significant change processes have been initiated by the Bologna process and the political mission for profiling at European universities. In this respect, not only structural issues are being discussed but also teaching and learning processes.

The "shift from teaching to learning" focussed on the competency development of students requires enhanced reflection and development of the established teaching and learning culture. The further education offers for university didactics are organized by the staff members of the Center for Quality Assurance in Study and Further Education (ZQS).

But also graduates who wish to start a scientific career at the University of Rostock will find plenty of opportunities. The ZQS team provides consultancy and assistance in this area.
