The application documents below are available for download as PDF files, to be filled in on your computer. We kindly ask you to send two copies of the printed application form, learning agreement/curriculum, enrolment certificate of your home university and proof of German language proficiency (level B1 minimum) to the following address:

Learning Agreement (Curriculum)
The learning agreement or curriculum is an important part of your application, mainly in consideration of the later acceptance of your study performances in Rostock at your home university. All lectures visited at the University of Rostock will be recorded on this learning agreement in consultation with your departmental coordinator. The learning agreement or curriculum has to be signed by the student, the departmental coordinator and the International Office of your home university and sent together with the application documents to the University of Rostock for countersigning. The learning agreement ensures that the chosen lectures are actually offered in the exchange period and the study performance related to these lectures is accepted by the home university.
Medical students have to include information on the intended duration of their stay in the single institutions into their learning agreement and enclose an overview on their already completed practical trainings / study performances.
Transcript of Records
The Transcript of Records provides an overview on your study performance (in ECTS points) during your stay abroad. After submitting the acquired studycertificates and/or certificates of attendance by the end of the visiting studies, the Transcript of Records will be signed by the departmental coordinator, confirmed by the International Office and serves as the basis of acceptance of your study performances at your home university.
