Information for authors on writing articles for the research magazine
Text
One research magazine page with two images comprises of 2,700 signs (blanks included).
We kindly ask you to send your article as continuous text (*.txt, *.rtf or *.doc), without integrating images, photos o. a. into the text.
Mark passages in the continuous text. Please, mark those passages where graphics, images, diagrams, symbols, photos should preferably be inserted from text content perspective.

Indicate your name and surname in a separate section with your full title as well as your contact details (email address, too) and telephone number. A photo and short summary of your professional career will round off the article and will help to give you readers a better idea of you than only from a name.

Annexes/ Images
Images and photos are indispensable for an interesting article. High quality has to be ensured for drawings and graphics. Photos, graphical data and other images should be stored in extra files (in *.tif or *.jpg format), i.e. each of them separately. The images shall have a resolution of 300 pixels. We kindly ask you to provide all annexes with corresponding image reference. Captions and source information related to the photos must not be forgotten and should be stored in a separate file.
Photo of the author
We kindly ask you to send a printable portrait photograph unless more than four authors have contributed to one article – here, a group photo would be a good alternative. The portrait photo should be at least 50 mm wide and 65 mm high or 600 pixels wide and 800 pixels high. Please, do not embed the photo into the word file but send it as an extra file (in *.tif or *.jpg format).
Please, avoid providing scanned photos for printing as their quality is often insufficient. If you do not have a photo of your own, inform us accordingly when sending the manuscript. A photo of you will be taken by then.
