The objective of the Hermes Programme of the University of Rostock is to promote young academics at the University of Rostock and simultaneously strengthen the international networks of the University of Rostock.

Graduate Academy
With the establishment of a university-wide graduate academy in April 2010 the University of Rostock would provide essential elements of the structured doctoral promotion for all doctoral students. The subject-specific support and training will remain in the scientific field of dissertation topic.
