University controlling is a complex, target-oriented system that aims to support the university management regarding planning, management and monitoring of economic processes on the different management levels. Subsidiary systems of the controlling system are, among others, the planning system, the monitoring system and the information distribution system (Cost-Performance-Calculation, Reporting).
The Administrative Department Controlling informs and advises. Thereto, we process information on study, research and resources, crucially and according to the university objectives, regularly, related to events or on request. The information are provided by various internal and external sources, some of them elaborated, selected, processed in ratio, interpreted and submitted to the controlling tools.
