Universität Rostock - Structure - Quality Assurance - Developing modules - Modularisation guidelines

At the University of Rostock, the Bologna Process is understood as a chance for reform and quality assurance.  

From the beginning of the reform process on, university administration and subject representatives have examined contents and structures of existing study offers and reorganised them into modularized study offers. 

To avoid that this opportunity for productive diversity results into a jumble of different models and to ensure transparency, compatibility and coordination of modules instead, the university administration of the University of Rostock has elaborated a modularisation concept. 

Based on this modularisation concept and under consideration of relevant current statements of principle of HRK and KMK, the following “guidelines” were issued. They shall serve as helping hand for organising modularisation processes at the University of Rostock.
