Legal basis
The legal framework of the state scholarship programme is constituted by the Law furthering young researchers and artists in the State of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern (State Scholarship Act – LGFG M-V) dated 20. November 2008 (GS Meckl.-Vorp. Gl. Nr. 221– 6) and the regulation on the implementation of the State Scholarship Act of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern (State Scholarship Regulations – LGFVO M-V).
