Psycho-social advice centre and social services 

It does not need an emergency situation to consult the psycho-social advice centre. In conversations which are kept confidential you may rise all topics which are relevant for you – in private life as well as regarding your studies. The advice aims to provide or exchange information but also to develop guidance, assistance with clarifications and decision support. You will get support regarding your self-management and the development of problem solution competence but also information on and, if applicable, contact to other service providers or advisory services.The advisory service is open to everyone, anonymous if desired and transparent. It is also the contact point for pregnant, international, ill or disabled students.The psycho-social advisory service works according to the systemic, solution-oriented concept which focuses on solutions for the persons seeking advice.  

Financial advice and BAföG 

Additional to advice and support on BAfÖG and related applications, the student union advises you regarding education loans, KfW promotional loans and other opportunities.
