Admission requirements:

• Proof of purchase of at least 30 credit points in basic engineering subjects (usually at least 12 credits Engineering Mathematics, at least 12 credit points Physics / Mechanics / Statics / Strength of at least 6 credits Chemistry / Chemical Engineering)
• Proof of sufficient English language proficiency (level B2)
• Proof of sufficient German language competence (intermediate examination „Zentrale Mittelstufenprüfung“ passed with the minimum score „good“, German language test for higher education admission" of foreign student applicants, known as the DSH 2 or TestDaF with a result qualifying for the applied university admission  (this only for Mechanical Engineering).

The study course "Teaching profession at primary schools" and "Teaching profession for special needs education" are admission-restricted as an admission restriction applies for the relevant compulsory subjects. An application has to be filed – to be submitted online from 1. June to 15. July.

The study course "Teaching profession at regional schools " is admission limited regarding the compulsory subjects German, English and Sports. No admission restriction applies for the compulsory subject Mathematics.
