There is an admission restriction for this study course so that an application is required. It has to be submitted online between 1. June and 15. July.
Study subject and objectives
The Institute of Biosciences of the University of Rostock offers a basic bachelor study course Biosciences that guarantees a broad, high quality university education that is oriented to international standards. This is ensured by a close interlinking with the research activities of university and university-associated institutions. The compulsory module Marine Biology is a unique proposition of the study course. In combination with the compulsory optional module Water Condition Evaluation it serves as preparation for a further qualification in the master study course Marine Biology.
