Application and enrolment (all Schools)
There is an admission restriction for foreign students. Thus, an application is required. It has to be submitted between 1. June and 15. July. Further information are provided here

Study subject and objectives
The study course French teaches the professional basics of teaching. The study course comprises of 105 ECTS plus 30 ECTS didactics related to the teaching profession study course for extended secondary school and 90 ECTS to teaching profession study course for regional schools.
The study course comprises of the following aspects:
- Linguistics
- Literature studies
- Regional studies
- Language communication
- Didactics
Stay abroad:
A three-months, study-related stay in a French-speaking country is obligatory.
