Enrolment Master
There is an admission restriction for foreign students. Thus, an application is required. It has to be submitted between 1. June and 15. July or if you plan to start your studies in summer term, you have to enroll between 1. December and 15. January.

Admission requirements:
For complete and detailed information on the admission requirements, refer to the valid examination regulations (PO)!
Only those persons get the admission to study in the master study course Service Management:
1. Persons who have obtained the university degree according to para 1 with at least ECTS-grade „B“ or, in case of different grading systems, a comparable mark; and
2. Persons who are able to proof at least 60 credit points or equivalent qualifications in Business studies and methods (Mathematics and Statistics included), 45 of these in Business studies minimum.
Subject and objectives of the study course
The master study course Service management is a research oriented study course. It offers an overview on content and basic principles, concepts and methods of business studies on a high level and with special orientation to management of service providing companies, service procedures and service markets. The graduates get acquire specialized knowledge regarding selected fields of specialization.
