Foreign prospective students who got a German university entrance qualification are considered as “Bildungsinländer” (education residents) and apply directly at the University of Rostock (does not apply for the study courses Dentistry and Medicine)  online.

Even those foreigners and stateless persons are considered as „Bildungsinländer“ (education residents) who obtained their qualification for studying for the currently requested study course only via initial studies in Germany.
