Department law (D1.1)

The Department 1.1 Legal Office the contact point regarding all university relevant legal issues for all boards and staff members of the university. This includes examination, approval and contract law, the employer law, inventor law, patent law and copyright, university law aspects and the representation of the university before the court. Furthermore, the statutes and administration regulations of the university are checked and reviewed at this department.

Caution: Any granting of legal advice regarding private affairs to university staff members is forbidden for legal reasons.
