Are you a female student of a STEM subject and want to immerse yourself in the world of marine marine research and technology? Are you interested in shaping the future of the oceans - whether at sea, in high-tech laboratories, or on the coast? Then apply for our mentoring program "Fairways for your Future".
For six months, we will connect you with experienced experts from marine science, technology, and research who will support you as mentors. They will not only provide you with professional guidance, but also accompany you personally as advisors and discussion partners.

The 2025 / 2026 round is expected to run from November 2025 to April 2026 and offers participants
- Individual support from a mentor in the field of marine research and technology
- Valuable networking opportunities: You will gain insights and contacts from the field that will help you set the course for your future
- Workshop on career planning
- Future involvement in the Ocean Technology Campus Rostock with additional networking opportunities and events
Requirements for the application:
- Be a female student of a STEM subject (AUF, IEF, MNF, MSF)
- Have an interest in marine research, technology or related fields
