BARCAMP
Are you familiar with bar camps? Are you curious what are intentions are?
A bar camp is an interactive event in which the participants set the topics to be addressed (in this case 3) directly in the Auditorium. And then smaller groups of persons interested in the topics meet and discuss.
We would be delighted if you would bring a topic, or a question to discuss during the bar camp!
If one does not occur to you immediately, a couple of suggestions for topics/questions you could consider include: research funding, research transfer, career or personal development, science communication. Any research related topic is welcome. You certainly do not have to be an expert on a topic to suggest it. Nor do you have to have moderation experience. Our aim is to encourage discussion on topics that you, the attendees, consider particularly relevant to your research. So, don’t be shy. You may gain unexpected insights or connect with colleagues that share a common interest with you.
Each of the three sessions running parallel will have a flipchart and a moderator’s toolbox at their disposal. At the end of the session, a representative of the group will present the main ideas to the forum.
Go for it! We are looking forward to your topics.
