Office hours
The office of the General Student Advisory Service is the first point of contact for prospective students and students with questions about study orientation, change of degree programme and course progression. Requests are recorded and, if necessary, forwarded to internal or external offers. A consultation is like an open hour, an appointment is not required.

Individual course counselling
The individual course counselling supports students in optimally shaping their course of study. It offers personal support in order to clarify study objectives, plan study content sensibly and identify challenges at an early stage. The aim is to ensure the success of studies and to adapt the course of studies to personal needs.
