The Fairways for your Future mentoring team at the University of Rostock cordially invites you to a career event for women in STEM, with a focus on marine technology and marine research. The event is open to all female students, doctoral candidates, and postdoctoral researchers, regardless of whether they are participating in the mentoring program.
It offers the opportunity to chat with women working in the field in a relaxed atmosphere, gain insights into career paths, and ask questions without the pressure of a formal application process.
Program: In a moderated discussion session, the participants’ questions, experiences, and interests will take center stage. Representatives from various institutes will share insights into their career paths and fields of work in marine technology and marine research. Guiding questions and small icebreakers will help initiate the conversation. The event offers space for open dialogue, networking, and discussion in a relaxed atmosphere.
