The Graduate Academy at the University of Rostock is the central service and coordination office for doctoral candidates and postdoctoral researchers. As a service unit within the Staff Unit Talent Development and Diversityit supports researchers in the early stages of their careers. In collaboration with other departments within and outside the Talent Development and Diversity Office, the Graduate Academy further develops counseling, training, and support services for doctoral candidates and postdoctoral researchers and assists with the organization of the Graduate Council. The aim is to create good conditions for the qualification phase and to further develop the university as an attractive place for academic careers.
