Strategic Research Consulting Unit (S1.1)
The Strategic Research Consulting Team (S11) advises and supports members of the university on research programs that are particularly relevant to higher education policy, such as EU Horizon Europe (especially ERC grants), DFG Collaborative Research Centers, and Research Training Groups. In addition, S11 advises the Rectorate on current research policy framework conditions and represents the university's research policy interests at EU, federal, and state level. Team S11 is responsible for the management of the Senate Commission for Research and for organizing the research camp. Team S11 is also the point of contact for membership in the “Research, International, Transfer (FIT)” network.
