Unit Health and Safety
The responsibilities of the specialist department Work Safety include advising the university management, the heads of structural units, and individual colleagues on issues relating to occupational safety, health, environmental protection, fire safety, and technical safety.
In doing so, we rely on legal regulations on the one hand and on site inspections, accident investigations, and workplace and hazard analyses on the other.
Further information can be found in the service portal (e.g., operating instructions, training aids) and in AGUM (e.g., preparation of risk assessments). DaMaRis is available for creating the hazardous substances register and preparing operating instructions for hazardous substances.
