The 6-month programme supports female students who are in the final phase of their studies. The core of the programme is a regular exchange in a group of female graduates. A doctoral student accompanies the mentees as a mentor, providing insights into her doctoral phase and supporting the peer group in coming to terms with their own goals. The programme is tailored to the needs of the mentees and includes various offers around the topic of promotion. The networking events with researchers serve as a platform for exchange and offer the opportunity to learn about the career in science as well as other options available to women with doctorates.
