The Universe of Tycho Brahe - Special Exhibition at the Main University Building

The famous Danish astronomer Tycho Brahe enrolled in the University of Rostock’s university register 450 years ago.

In order to give this anniversary and the discoveries of Brahe their due, the team „University Anniversary 2019“ presents an exhibition in cooperation with

  • The Institute for Physics at the University of Rostock
  • The University Library Rostock
  • University Archive
  • Elvira Pfitzner
  • Dr. Sigurd Schmidt

at the University of Rostock’s treasure room at the Main University Building from 3 November 2016 on.
