Organizational Consulting (S31)

Organizational consulting supports the joint development of the support system for study and research so that it can be made more compliant, efficient, or agile as needed. Upon request, we advise and accompany change processes, both for the UR as a whole and for the various individual organizations within the UR (faculties, central institutions).

Our tasks according to the distribution of responsibilities include:

  • Policy statements on topics, structures, and processes that affect the support system for study and research as a whole and are documented as a model of agile university organization;
  • Consulting and support for projects aimed at holistic organizational development for the UR as a whole and for individual UR organizations, including job and personnel structure planning, introduction of campus management and e-administration, and design and introduction of a competence development program for academic support staff;
  • Provision of the service portal and hotline for employees;
  • Internal provision and continuous development of the process management and agile collaboration toolkits;
  • Process responsibility and procedural responsibility for changes to the structural and procedural organization;
  • Technical responsibility for the organizational, business distribution, and file plan;
  • Technical responsibility for the d.velop documents DMS and its needs-based further development in the interests of UR as a whole
  • Process responsibility and procedural responsibility for training and continuing education for scientific support staff.

  • Coordination, consulting, support, and processing of projects for the holistic development of scientific support at UR
  • Process responsibility for the performance groups organizational consulting, organizational structure, and process organization
  • Organizational consulting in the context of the tasks of S31, moderation and documentation of coordination and work meetings, interface and consolidation discussions
  • Conceptual further development of the Agile Collaboration toolbox in response to experiences gained from its practical use in various contexts
  • Technical responsibility for Stackfield, including technical administration with regard to users, organizations, rooms, roles, and rights
  • Overseeing ongoing operations, user support, and second-level support for Stackfield
  • Team leader and contact person for self-organization within the S31 internal organization

Isabelle Turinsky

Processmanagement

  • Consulting, guidance, and support for holistic organizational development, in particular collaboration on the introduction of the HISinOne campus management system (CMS)
  • Development and refinement of the UR's process landscape in collaboration with process owners - Consulting, guidance, and support for process mapping, process description, process modeling, process optimization, process quality assurance, and process representation in the DLP
  • Conceptual further development of the process management toolbox in response to experience gained from its practical use in various contexts
  • Design, implementation, and further development of learning opportunities related to process management
  • Technical responsibility for the PICTURE process platform, including technical administration with regard to users, process attributes, process contexts, views, roles, and rights
  • Overseeing ongoing operations, user support, and second-level support for the PICTURE process platform
  • Organizational consulting in the context of S31 tasks, moderation and documentation of coordination and work meetings, interface and consolidation discussions
  • Overseeing ongoing operations and the continuous further development of the service portal (DLP)
  • User support and first-level support for DLP editors
