Organizational Consulting (S31)

Organizational consulting supports the continuous joint improvement and thus rule-compliant, efficient and agile organization of the support system for study and research at the UR. We advise and accompany in change processes, namely the UR as a whole, the various individual organizations of the UR (faculties, central facilities), as well as individual organizational units (chairs, departments, teams/units).

Our duties according to business distribution include:

  • Policy statements for topics, structures and processes that affect the support system for studies and research in its entirety and are documented as the Agile University Organization model
  • Consulting and support of projects for organizational development for the UR in its entirety as well as for individual organizations of the UR including job and personnel structure planning, introduction of campus management and e-administration as well as conception and introduction of a competence development program for the science support staff
  • Provision of the service portal and hotline for employees
  • UR-internal provision and continuous further development of the toolboxes Process Management and Agile Collaboration
  • Process responsibility and transaction responsibility for changes to the organizational plan
  • Technical responsibility for organizational, business distribution and file plan
  • Technical responsibility for the ECMS d.3ecm and its further development
  • Process responsibility for education, training and continuing education for science support staff
