Preparatory German courses for refugees
In cooperation with Study in Germany Rostock e.V., Rostock International House regularly offers intensive German language courses (A1 to C1) to prepare refugees interested in studying for a degree programme. The intensive German course concludes with participation in a TestDaF examination.
! It is possible to join the course at any time and at any language level!
Lessons are usually held from Tuesday to Friday by trained DaF teachers. The prerequisite for a free place in a preparatory German course is that the Rostock International House has determined your ability to study and your refugee background. The following documents must be submitted by e-mail or post:
- Handout
- Previous degree certificates from the home country in German or English
- Valid residence permit or identity card
- Curriculum vitae in tabular form
- If applicable, previous language certificates or other proof of language level
