MARE BALTICUM FELLOWSHIP PROGRAME

MARE BALTICUM FELLOWSHIP PROGRAME

for the support of scientists in early career phases & the strengthening of interdisciplinarity

The Mare Balticum Fellowship Program supports interdisciplinarity at the University of Rostock and specifically encourages exchange with international researchers. Every year, at least four fellows are invited to spend up to three months at the University of Rostock to conduct research and network with scientists at the Rostock site.

The Mare Balticum Fellowship Program of the University of Rostock offers scientists in early career phases in particular a special opportunity to network with international guests, to broaden interdisciplinary perspectives and to gain impulses for their own scientific development. Fellows contribute their expertise to events that are also aimed at doctoral students and postdocs and promote interdisciplinary dialog.

Researchers at the University of Rostock who are members of the Interdisciplinary Faculty are eligible to apply. The call for applications is issued annually and the funding phase runs from February 1 to March 31 of the following year.
