Subject Area Heating, Climate, Ventilation and Sanitary (D3.3.2)

The Subject Area Heating, Climate, Ventilation and Sanitary that can be directly allocated to the building or the assets. This includes all house connections (water, heating, gas, waste water) up to room-specific components. Excluded are user-specific “own installations” such as e.g. laboratory equipment or test benches, that were installed autonomously by the departments. The field MSR (measurement and control technology) is allocated to the subject area, which exclusively takes over the control and regulation HKLS-specific components. In addition, the MSR field supervises all burglar alarm systems, fire alarm systems and the building control system with related automation components.
