Der Verbund Norddeutscher Universitäten (Bremen, Greifswald, Groningen, Hamburg, Kiel, Lübeck, Oldenburg, Rostock) fördert mit dem neuen Format „Impuls Forschung“ die Initiierung, Stärkung und Ausweitung von Forschungskooperationen zwischen seinen Mitgliedsuniversitäten. In dem Format können alle promovierten Wissenschaftler*innen der Universität Rostock für hochschulübergreifende Forschungsvorhaben im Nordverbund unkompliziert gesonderte Unterstützungsmittel beantragen. Die ausgeschriebenen Mittel von bis zu 5.000 € pro Antrag dienen dazu, Ideen auszutauschen, Kooperationen vorzubereiten und gemeinsame Projekte bei der DFG zu beantragen. Hohe Förderquote!

The Association of North German Universities (German: Verband Norddeutscher Universitäten - abbr. VNU) financially supports the initiation, consolidation and expansion of research cooperation amongst its member universities in the funding program “Impuls Forschung”. Funding is available for the preparation of activities in alliance with the VNU partners (meetings, workshops, conferences etc.). The maximum funding of 5.000 € should be used to initiate new interdisciplinary research alliances, to strengthen existing research alliances, and to sharpen the VNU research profile. Fundable activities are, for example, meetings, workshops, and conferences held to strengthen and enhance research cooperation throughout the alliance. Project proposals for the Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft (DFG) are at the focus of the initiative.
