Being a researcher has never felt more uncertain: short-term contracts, constant transitions, global instability, and the challenge of planning a life and career around the unknown. At the To Be Honest Conference 2025, now in its fourth edition, speakers and participants can talk honestly about what it means to build a career and do research in a rapidly changing world. The event offers two days of open discussions, practical strategies, and inspiring insights.
