[Rostock denkt 365°] veranstaltet erneut das Science Slam-Format „Wellenlänge Wissenschaft ON TOUR“. In ungezwungener Atmosphäre stellen drei junge Wissenschaftler:innen ihre Forschungsthemen dem Publikum in einem 10-minütigen, anschaulichen Vortrag auf unterhaltsame und leicht verständliche Weise vor. Anschließend hat das Publikum die Möglichkeit, Fragen zu stellen und miteinander ins Gespräch zu kommen. Gesucht wird noch ein spannendes Forschungsthema. Die Möglichkeit richtet sich an alle Fachbereiche, die direkt Europa betreffen oder Projekte, die verschiedene europäische Partner einbinden. Die Veranstaltung findet im Rahmen der „Europawochen“ statt.

The science promotion association [Rostock denkt 365°] is once again hosting the science slam event “Wellenlänge Wissenschaft ON TOUR.” In a relaxed atmosphere at a pub, three young scientists will present their research topics to the audience in an entertaining and easy-to-understand way. Afterward, the audience will have the opportunity to ask questions and engage in conversation with one another. Two of the presentation slots have already been filled; we are still looking for an exciting research topic to be presented in a 10-minute, engaging talk. This opportunity is open to all departments whose work directly concerns Europe or involves projects with various European partners. The event takes place as part of the “Europe Weeks” organized by the Hanseatic and university city of Rostock.
