Ab sofort können Sie sich auf einen Platz für das im März startende Mentoring-Programm für Doktorandinnen bewerben.
Neben dem Kernstück der Mentoring-Beziehung bietet KarriereWegeMentoring ein vielfältiges Seminarprogramm und die Teilnahme an karriererelevanten Netzwerkveranstaltungen an. Zudem eröffnen sich im Peer-Mentoring mit den anderen Teilnehmerinnen unterschiedliche Perspektiven, neue Strategien und Herangehensweisen bei Herausforderungen im beruflichen Alltag in der Wissenschaft, Forschung und Lehre.
Es können sich Doktorandinnen der Universität, der Universitätsmedizin Rostock sowie einem Kooperationspartner (Forschungsinstitut) der Universität Rostock bewerben.

You can now apply for the mentoring program for female doctoral candidates, which starts in March.
In addition to the central mentoring relationship, KarriereWegeMentoring offers a diverse seminar program and participation in career-related networking events. The peer mentoring with other participants also opens up different perspectives, new strategies, and approaches to challenges in everyday professional life in science, research, and teaching.
Eligible to apply are female doctoral candidates at the University of Rostock, the University Medical Center Rostock, and cooperation partners (research institutes) of the University of Rostock.
