Description:
This workshop explores practical strategies for integrating generative AI into course design and teaching practice. Through demonstrations, guided activities, and group discussions, participants will learn how to use AI tools to create teaching materials and support student engagement. Ethical, didactic, and legal dimensions of using AI in education will also be addressed.
Learning Outcomes:
- Participants will identify key use cases of generative AI in higher education teaching (e.g. text generation, feedback, simulation).
- Participants will understand the pedagogical foundations and ethical considerations related to AI use in teaching.
- Participants will apply specific AI tools to enhance their own teaching practice.
- Participants will develop and share initial ideas for integrating AI into their course contexts.
