Vom 8.-12. November 2021 fanden an der EU-CONEXUS-Partneruniversität La Rochelle die "Smart Urban Coastal Sustainability Days" statt. Teil des Programms waren neben Treffen der Arbeitsgruppen der Europäischen Universität auch ein Austausch über aktuelle Herausforderungen, mit denen Häfen und urbane Küstenregionen sich konfrontiert sehen. So wurden in Diskussionrunden mit Vertretern aus Wissenschaft, Partnerstädten und Häfen Fragen wie “Connected, efficient and responsible ports: How can EU-Conexus contribute?“, “Resilient strategies for urban coastlines” oder “Smart solutions and coastal cities” erörtert.

From November 8 to 12 the EU-CONEXUS partner university La Rochelle invited to the “Smart Urban Coastal Sustainability Days”. Part of the programme were meetings of working groups of the European University as well as an exchange on current challenges which urban coastlines and ports are facing today. Questions at the centre of the discussions were for example “Connected, efficient and responsible ports: How can EU-CONEXUS contribute?“, “Resilient strategies for urban coastlines” or “Smart solutions and coastal cities”.
