Description of the lecture:
Using a few simple and easy-to-carry experiments, it is shown how one can arouse the interest of both the scientifically interested public and that of young students in a research topic. This is intended to create intrinsic motivation to further engage with this topic.

Information about the lecturer
Dr. Pham Thanh Nga (Anna Pham) is Lecturer of Hanoi National University of Education (HNUE), Faculty of Chemistry (http://chem.hnue.edu.vn/). Her main teaching and research topics are chemistry and environmental sciences, teaching methods in chemistry, learning through experimentation and STEM education and training. In the last two areas in particular, she has excelled in the past three years by leading the “Science STEM-Steam Club Marie Curie” and co-organizing the “Science-STEM Fair 2023” with 820 students.
